What a day today!  We enjoyed a dry, mild day with some of the warmest temperatures since early October. We warmed to 63 degrees today, which was just 1 degree off the record for today.

Over 100 million Americans from Boston to Tampa, will get an early taste of winter this week, thanks to a sweeping cold front that will bring the coldest air of the season starting Sunday and lasting into next week.

Enjoy the dry and quiet weather in Seattle on Sunday! You'll be dodging showers at times during the upcoming workweek.The weather will be a stunner for the Hawks game this afternoon. Highs will range comfortable in the low 60s. A few communities, like North Bend and Issaquah, could see highs warming to the mid-to-upper 60s!

After 3 straight weekends of rain, we finally get to enjoy a dry weekend.  We will wake up to some patchy morning fog on Sunday, but the ridge of high pressure will allow for more afternoon sunbreaks. 

After a remarkably sloppy few weeks in Seattle, a big change is ahead for the Emerald City this weekend. Quieter, drier weather will continue through Sunday. Gorgeous sunshine will be a welcomed break from the rain. Now the question is: when will the rain return?

Showers will taper off Friday and western Washington will be seeing a lot more sunshine heading into the weekend.

It will be a cooler afternoon with drier skies and sunbreaks into the afternoon; winds will be calmer as well.

Thursday will be another active weather day across Western Washington as the next system takes aim with gusty wind, high elevation snow, rain, and thunderstorms.

Scattered showers are expected Thursday as our next atmospheric river points at the Pacific Northwest. Heavier rain and wind can be expected into the evening hours.
