As December 18 marks “National Twin Day,” the Renton Police Department is highlighting two of its finest officers. Twin brothers, Suliasi “Suli” Tamaivena and Sitiveni “Siti” Tamaivena joined the department three years ago. They were born in Fiji, then moved to California at age four for a couple years, before their family made Washington their forever home. Suli and Siti have always worked the same job together. The twins said they landed their “dream” job with the police department, and said they hope to spend the rest of their careers serving the people of Renton.
