Few showers around this Sunday with mild afternoon highs, topping out in the mid to low 50s.

After another soaking day Saturday, far fewer showers are on tap for today. Monday will be drier (but still cloudy).

The Summit at Snoqualmie is officially open to skiers and riders. Saturday morning, chairs began spinning for the first time in the 2023-2024 winter season. 

Buckle up for a very active day of weather. We're forecasting our classic trifecta here in Western Washington of lowland rain, wind and intense mountain snow.

We're tracking cold lowland rain, mountain snow and localized strong winds tomorrow. If the right ingredients come together, there may be pockets of brief lowland snow tomorrow.

Today we have seen scattered showers along with several inches of mountain snow. River levels continue to recede this evening, with most levels below flood stage. 

With another atmospheric river moving in late Friday to Saturday, river levels could increase once again, but there's some uncertainty about how it might pan out.
