It will definitely feel chilly when you step outside early Thursday morning, but we should see some sunshine mixed in with those clouds.

Once we get through the low-hanging clouds this morning, we’re forecasting partly to mostly sunny skies this afternoon in Seattle. 

Foggy skies this morning with mid and high level clouds pushing in throughout the day kept our afternoon a little cooler. 

A ridge of high pressure will strengthen this week bringing mainly dry conditions and average temperatures through the weekend.

A quiet week with mainly dry skies, except for Friday when we see a chance for lowland rain, mountain snow and breezy winds. We return to the partly cloudy skies by the weekend.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for our Cascade passes till 10am Sunday.  Our area ski resorts picked up around 5-7" of snow today, except for Stevens, which only got about an inch.  More light snow will fall overnight Saturday into Sunday, but will taper throughout the day tomorrow. Bluebird skiing is forecast for Monday! 

For the first weekend of 2025, we’re forecasting dark, soggy and slightly breezy weather for Seattle.

After a one-two punch of rain Friday and Saturday, the rest of Seattle's 7 day forecast looks dry. Pockets of sunshine and highs nearing 50 degrees into next week.
