A group of evangelicals and conservatives rallied at Seattle City Hall on Tuesday in response to comments made by Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell following a anti-trans event held in the city's most prominent LGBTQ+ neighborhood and park over the weekend. By the end of the day, eight people were arrested as police investigate instances of alleged assault.

3 dead, 1 injured in Downtown Seattle shooting

Seattle Police are investigating a deadly shooting early Saturday morning in the Pioneer Square neighborhood downtown. Two men and one woman are dead, with a fourth victim being rushed to the hospital in critical condition in the early morning hours of May 17. As of mid-morning on Saturday, no arrests had been made.

Police investigating downtown Seattle shooting

Officers witnessed a group of people who were fighting outside just a few blocks from Lumen Field. Officers say they saw a shooting where one man was shot in the leg. While that was happening, police arrested two suspects. Then, there was another victim who was shot in the back. They went to Swedish Hospital on First Hill, Seattle Harborview Medical Center because of the extent of their injuries. Now their condition is unknown.
